At And She Is Couture, we want you to feel confident in every piece you wear; if your selection isn't the perfect fit, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
